Fully procedural Japanese office ceiling tiles Substance material created in Substance Designer. Both .sbs and .sbsar files are included. This type of ceiling is often used in Japanese office or commercial building environments.

Several parameters of this material such as color, roughness, dirt on color, roughness and tile x-y amount can be adjusted via sliders.

This is a must have substance for interior renders.
